Luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment on fourth floor with lift access. Designated ground floor covered parking and storeroom for sunbeds. Swimming pool and childrens pool with shower/changing and toilet facilties. Small complex with security barrier to entrance. Snack bar and supermarket at entrance to site which opens late every day. There are 2 balconies to the front overlooking the pools and one to the rear. Sofa bed in living area, showers in both bathrooms with solar heated water. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Prices include bedding, bath towels and hand towels but not beach towels. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Fully air conditioned. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
