Centrally located in Paphos within easy reach of all facilities. The apt. has its own small private garden, it is a short walk to, the harbour, banks, tourist area, shops, beach restaurants, bars and other attractions, about 400m away.
The living room – dining room, furnished with quality furniture, double sofa bed, two chairs. There is a dining table and four chairs, coffee tables and Satellite TV, DVD, Hi-fi system, which takes CDs and cassettes. Ceiling fans, and Smoke Alarms fitted to the lounge.
The Kitchen, has a washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle
electric cooker, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, juicer, iron and ironing board and well supplied with utensils.

Two Bedrooms, the largest apt. in Paradise Gardens making the main bedroom the size of a family room with a king size double bed, plus cot, second bedroom large with two 3ft beds, All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers, dressing table, stool and hairdryers. There is air con/heating in both bedrooms. For security of your valuables, a quality wall safe in one of the bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided, plus beach towels.

Two Bathrooms, one full bathroom, bath and shower over, shaver point, wash hand basin inset in a marble vanity unit and WC.
Second bathroom, a shower unit with wash hand basin and WC. Solar panels heat the water, back up immersion heater for the occasional winter use.
OUTSIDE
The apartment has a large patio area; two double patio doors lead out on to this area, this is excellent for alfresco eating. Table, chairs, umbrella and two sun beds. Free Communal sunbeds supplied around the swimming pool, plus toilet/changing/shower facilities.
Paphos Airport, twenty minute drive, Larnaca Airport one and half hour. A taxi service can be arranged. Car Hire is not essential for the apartment.
