Villa Maria is completely detached and situated within a large garden, in a lane on the hillside, with simply stunning uninterrupted views across hills and valleys to the shimmering sea at nearby Latchi and Polis and to the nearby Evretou Dam. Villa Maria is spacious and furnished to a high standard and with few steps to the house, it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility as there is a twin bedroom downstairs bedrooms/shower room as below. Peristerona village with its minimarket and coffee shop/bar is approx 400m., and this is the home of the beautiful Evretou Dam, popular for fishing.

The nearest main town is Polis (10 mins drive) which has a sandy beach, banks, interesting shops, and excellent tavernas and there is a well stocked supermarket at nearby Skoulli 2km. Polis is a pretty and quaint small town with a “village feel” to it, (the local stone is used in much of the architecture here) and it has a central square, with lower prices than Paphos and Coral Bay.
