Situated on the beautiful landscaped Paradise Gardens 3 complex with its own swimming pool and childrens pool. It is close to all shops, restaurants, beach, harbour, sights, water parks, golf courses, banks, launderette and nightlife.

It has a parking space out the front.
The accomodation has 2 bedroom with balcony and fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Bathroom with shower overhead all fully tiled. Downstairs wc. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and utensils, pots and pans and plates, cups and saucers plus cleaning agents.
The lounge is open and has a dining table and chairs, TV, sofabed(sleeps 2), coffee table and chairs. This leads out onto the patio area which is crazy paved and has table and chairs and views of the gardens and swimming pool.
A welcome pack is provided consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, bottled water, butter, jam and biscuits.
Also included in the rental is set of sheets and towels, 1 hours maid service and water charges.
Addidtional maid service and baby sitting can be arranged through our resident representatives Pete and Shirley Canham.
