We are delighted to offer a luxury one bedroom apartment for rent in the elevated village of Tala. Located in the mountains above Paphos, this traditional village overlooks the islands beautiful coastline from Paphos to Coral bay. Set within a newly built complex, the apartment has breathtaking views of the sea. The complex has a large communal pool and sun beds are provided for your use.
The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with safe, alarm clock, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, full length mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan and patio doors to the balcony.
The bathroom is fully tiled, has a full size bath/shower and WC. Large mirror and hand basin.
The kitchen is fuly equiped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and a dining area which seats four.
The living room has a luxury double leather metal frame sofa bed (sprung mattress, wooden latts), 2 arm chairs with footstools, side tables & lamps, coffee table, large rug, 28" widescreen TV for use with DVD's, hi-fi, Playstation 1 & games, ceiling fan, patio doors to balcony.
Towels and bed linen are included. Maid/cleaning service is optional please ask for details.
Undercover parking is allocated to each apartment, as well as a large secure storeroom which is suitable for storing golf clubs, air beds, etc. Lifts are provided to all apartments. Extra blankets are available for winter lets.
The apartment has 2 large furnished balconies at, one at either end of the apartment with the sun rising at the kitchen side and setting at the living/bedroom side. Set within landscaped grounds, there is a large shared pool with sunbeds and mattresses provided for your use.
A 10-15 minute drive from Tala lies Tsada golf course. Set within the grounds of an ancient monastery, this 18 hole, 72 (Championship) Par course was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus and was completed in April 1994. Its elevated position 550 metres above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summmer months. Historically, it has been part of the monastery of Stavros tis Minthis. A monk may often be seen in the Garden from the 7th tee. A handicap certificate is required before 11am (max 28 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies). All players must be at least 16 years old or be accompanied by an adult. Strict dress code applies. All equipment may be hired locally. Other facilities include a resident PGA quilified instructer, tennis court, saunas, spa, swimming pool etc.
Other courses include the Secret Valley and the world renowned Aphrodite Hills which are approximately 30 minutes drive.
The Troodos mountains offer skiing between January and March and are an approximate 45 minutes drive. For those who prefer, there are many organised trips to the mountains. All equipment is available for hire locally.
Two sets of skis and poles with standard bindings are kept in the storeroom and are available for your use.
Coral Bay beach is a 10 minute drive, it has almost 2km of sandy beach and the bay is very safe for swimming. The resort itself has all the amenities you could expect including resturants and shops, etc.
Paphos harbour and beach are approximately 15 minutes drive, adjacent to excellent shopping, bars and restaurants.
Paphos airport is a 20-25 mins drive. Larnaca airport is 90 minutes drive.
Car hire is recommended as it will enable you to fully explore the island, including the stunning Akamas peninsular, however the bus stop directly behind the apartments allows for ease of exploration.
With the village of Tala being located in between Paphos and Coral bay, you are a mere 10 minutes drive to both by car. A bus stop is just behind the complex, 150 meters away. Tala village square is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a large supermarket (Papantoniou) in Chloraka which is used by the locals.
In Tala itself there are a couple of supermarkets, a coffee shop, one bar, tavernas, restaurants, a take away, doctors surgery.
In Cyprus, Easter is a time for major celebrations and has been likened to Christmas in England. During this period a festival runs through Tala, making the village an exciting place for a holiday during this time. The atmosphere and community spirit are said to be fabulous!

Prices shown are for the rental of the apartment per week in UK pounds.
Bookings require a deposit of £75 per week, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A returnable security deposit of £100 to cover breakages will also be required along with the final payment.
When we receive your booking deposit, we will send you confirmation in writing or by e-mail.
We strongly advise guests take out appropriate travel/holiday insurance.

We will be as flexible as possible with regards to changeover days and vacation times however these must be arranged at time of booking.

All bookings require a deposit of £75 per week with the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.

A fully refundable security deposit of £100 will also be required along with the final payment.

Once we have received your booking deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking in writing or by e-mail.

It is strongly advised that all guests take out appropriate travel/holiday insurance.

We will try to be as flexible as possible with regards to changeover days andvacation times, however these MUST be agreed in advance.
