Pervolia is a small, relaxed and quiet village but offers all necessary amenities you could possibly want on holiday. It is 14 km from the shopping centre of Larnaca, and 9 km from the airport and its proximity to stretches of untouched a secluded beaches mean that it is an ideal location for tourists and residents alike. This picturesque village has roughly 1,500 inhabitants and boasts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and local beaches.
Here, visitors can enjoy the traditional Cypriot way of life together will all the modern conveniences of banks, shops and supermarkets. Pervolia also boasts a beautiful paved village square which is located next to the old church. The square comes to life in the evening when the locals and tourists come together while enjoying local food and wine in the tavernas and restaurants. The smells of local dishes fill the air, tempting the hungry visitors to dine at any one of the quaint establishments that line the main streets. Combine the above with an area of outstanding natural beauty and you have a hard combination to beat.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 kingsize, 1 twin . This gives room for up to 6 people (2 children on inflatable mattress) Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Please bring your own beach/pool towels and do not use the mattress outside or by the pool.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

entertainment :
The apartment has English Satellite Television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

eating a living :
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker,a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

general :
The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private undercover parking with the outside areas of the building having external lighting.


Pervolia has it's own sandy beach, taverns/bars around the village square, shops, a bank, supermarkets, and other shops.

Ayia Napa and Protaras are a 45 minute drive away.
Limassol is a 45 minute drive.
Larnaca Tourist Area is 15 minutes away
Larnaca Airport is 5 minutes away
The troodos mountains resort is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Paphos around 1 hour 30 minutes distant.

There is a camel park in nearby Kiti, a huge go=kart track 10 minutes away and the usual water sports on the local beach.

In all a very relaxing holiday-car recommended.
