Our luxury air-conditioned apartment is situated on a small select development on the edge of Emba village next to orchards over looking the pool. The apartment enjoys wonderful views out over the orchards towards the sea at Coral Bay. Only 2km north of Paphos this is the ideal base to explore both Paphos and Coral Bay. Being close enough to all the restaurants and nightlife of Paphos and the glorious sandy beaches at Coral Bay yet enjoying the more tranquil Cypriot life when you want it by relaxing by the pool or visiting the small tavernas in the village.

The apartment is light and spacious (95 sq m) and enjoys a breeze as it is in a slightly elevated position.

The apartment is on the first floor and is served by lift and stiars. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The comfortable lounge has sky tv, dvd player with a selection of dvds and also a cd player. This leads onto the front balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool area.

Although the apartment has air-conditioning we have also provided ceiling fans in the bedrooms. For the cooler months we have installed electric wall mounted heaters.

For people with babies cot, high chairs and other baby equipment can be hired at very reasonable rates from our management agents. Please ask for more information.

Price quoted is for the apartment per week (not per person). The price includes complimentary welcome pack, air-con/heating and all bed linen and towels (except beach towels).

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security deposit is also payable with the balance.

The apartment is ready for occupation from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am. We try and be flexible on these depending on bookings.
