Our 3 bedroom villa is situated in Ayia Thekla with a sea view. It benefits from its very own swimming pool with sun terrace and BBQ area. The villa is surrounded with lawn and shrubs and a car port. Ayia Thekla is half hour drive from the airport and just 10 mins drive to the popular resort of Ayia Napa with the largest Water World Theme Park in Europe. Across the road from the villa is a stoney beach further up is Ayia Thekla beach with its very own little church.
