Our superior one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the King Danaos Complex. With communal swimming pool and attractive, regularly maintained garden area, is ideally situated in the heart of Paphos.

The terrace and garden area is bathed in sunshine from the early morning till the sunsets on the evening. The apartment is situated off the qTombs of the Kingsq Road, oppposite the Venus Beach hotel close to both the old town, the busy harbour area complete with fortress and within walking distance of all amenities, i.e. banks, shops, restaurants, bars,24hr medical centre and a local bakery which provides excellent produce daily. Shops and banks open 8am - 1pm and 4pm till late.

A ten minute walk will lead you to the top tourist attraction in Cyprus the ancient qTombs of the Kingsq site. The very impressive qMosaic Housesq are a 20 minute stroll away and definitely worthwhile visiting. Take time to go and browse around the bustling old town and market for a snapshot of the Cypriot lifestyle where you will find the local people very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive along the coast road as is Aprodite's Rock where Aphrodite is said to have emerged from the waves.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds and double sofa bed in the lounge area. Fully air-conditioned in both the bedroom and lounge area. Open plan dining kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, electric halogen hob, oven,kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and all kitchen utensils, dining table and 4 chairs. TV/dvd player, playstation and games, hifi,table and lamp, patio doors lead from the lounge to patio area. One bedroom with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, dressing table and mirror with hairdryer, built in double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelves, patio doors lead outside from bedroom onto patio. Bathroom has full length bath with shower over and glass shower screen, toilet, mirror, washbasin and electric shaving point. There is also an additional double wardrobe with hanging space outside the bathroom area. Large patio area with table, umbrella and 4 chairs, leads onto small garden area with garden bench and plants, which is accessed through patio doors from the lounge and bedroom. There is also an iron/ironing board, clother dryer, travel cot, highchair, and baby bottle sterilizer.

Airport transfers can be arranged and also welcome packs.

The apartment is non-smoking although smoking on the patio is allowed.

A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required with the final balance this is returned when the key is sent back to the owner and no major damage caused.
