This 2 bedroom townhouse on newly built 2006 complex has been tastefully furnished and equipped with all your self catering essentials.
The open plan living/dining area has a 3-seater sofabed and a 2-seater sofa, satellite TV, DVD and stereo, there are some CD's, DVD's and books for our guests use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, etc. Guests are welcome to use the barbeque.There is no utility room but a washing machine is outside the bathroom, an iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms,
The Master Bedroom has a balcony and is a large double with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers.
The twin bedroom also has ample storage and views over the pool area.
Cot available if required.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a full size bath and over bath Power Shower, W.C and wash basin with vanity unit.
There is also, if necessary, a heated towel rail for use in winter months.
There is a 2nd W.C and handbasin on the ground floor.
All bedlinen and towels inc.beach are provided (less packing for you!)
The house is fully airconditioned and the units double as heaters for the winter.
Our poolside terrace has sunloungers and a table and chairs for dining alfresco.
Beside the 2 swimming pools there are additional sunbeds, communal toilets and showers.
Parking is not a problem as we have a marked space within complex.
Cyprus' climate is perfect, the summers are long and the winters are mild. Cypriot people are welcoming and helpful and the island itself is stunning, well worth a visit. There are many beautiful beaches in Cyprus, the famous Fig Tree Bay, a glorious stretch of golden sand, is approx 30mins walk away, here, and on many of the other easily accessible beaches, you will find gentle surf and crystal clear waters ideal for children as well as numerous watersports on offer for the more adventurous, Jetski's BananaBoat, Flying Fish, Paragliding etc.
There are 2 Waterparks, Protaras Waterpark is the nearest and, in my opinion, best if you have younger children. Or there is Waterworld Waterpark in Ayia Napa (15-20mins away) The biggest waterpark in Europe!! Excellent for teens and adults. Check out their website.
Paralimni town centre (shopping-MaS, banks etc) is approx.5mins by car, buses run regularly but worth checking timetables.
The local supermarket 'Orphanides' is approx 5mins walk away and this sells everything you'll need for your self catering stay from milk to toys, furniture and fashion.
For all you serious shoppers Larnaca Town is approx 45mins away, here you'll find many highstreet stores inc. Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Mothercare,etc and if that's not enough try Nicosia 1hr away, loads of shops, department stores, etc!

Prices on request for Christmas/New Year and Easter periods. At time of booking a 10% non-refundable deposit is required and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
Cancellation refunds are as follows:
Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks 50% of rental rate refunded
2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
