The villa is spacious and well thought out. It has 5 generously sized bedrooms, and the master has an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and large shaded terrace sharing with the another double bedroom with a 2 seater swing and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have large fitted cupboards and all have air conditioning. There is also a family bathroom (all bathrooms are modern with power showers). Downstairs there is the 5th bedroom, a large open plan lounge with fireplace, TV, DVD, and stereo. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The well proportioned dining area leads onto yet another shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals or just sit and read a book whilst enjoying a cool drink in the shade. There is a fully fitted kitchen (12'X12'appx) with all mod cons necessary to ensure your stay comfortable. There are: 4 ring cooker, Clothes dryer, Dishwasher, Freezer, Fridge, Grill, Hob, Microwave, Oven, Washing machine. The french doors take you directly to the pool area. Outside there is pool with sunloungers, hammock, authentic Cypriot BBQ and table and chairs with a large umbrella.

Location: The villa is located in a cul de sac which is conveniently located near Ayia Napa Town Centre, ideal if you want to drive, walk or cycle. The marina is close by (only 3 min by car or 10 min appx walking) ideal for lovely romantic dinners by the harbour.
Ayia Napa has plenty to offer everyone, with golden, sandy beaches as Nissi beach and Konnos bay only a short drive away with all manner of water sports available. Plenty of restaurants to cater for all taste buds, from Polynesian to authentic Greek tavernas. Ayia Napa has some of the best bars and clubs in the Mediterranean. Ayia Napa also has a charming monastery dating back to 1500 AD which has tremendous historical importance and is lovingly maintained by the local people. Only a 5 minute drive is Ayia Napa’s Water Park, a must for all children and for adults who love an adrenaline rush!.
