PROPERTY DETAILS:
Sunisland is a beautiful air conditioned property, situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos, just off the Tomb of the Kings road, yet just a short walk from the many busy shops, bars and restaurants, which are plentiful and cater for everyone.
The living area has patio doors leading to a large furnished balcony, with sea views which overlook the communal area.It is tastefully furnished with two settee's which easily convert into comfortable double beds. There is also a TV and DVD with a selection of DVD's and CD's. Also a selection of books & games.
The openplan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with everything needed to cater for a large family, with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, also a washing machine. There is a seperate drinking water tap.
In addition to table and chairs there is a breakfast bar with stools.
The master bedroom with sea views has twin beds a fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. There is a fully tiled en suite with shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed and also has large fitted wardrobes. There are patio doors leading to a balcony taking in the mountain views.
The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length bath a shower.
Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Above the apartment there is a furnished roof terrace, where you will be able to relax, enjoy barbeque's whilst taking in the wonderful 360 degree views.
There is a lift to take you to the apartment and roof terrace.
There is a parking area.
In the communal area and gardens there are two pools - one for children - as well as shower and toilet facilities.
LOCATION:
The property is approx. 17km and a 20 min drive from Paphos Airport. The transfer time from Larnaca airport is apprx. 1hr 15mins.
This is an all year round destination with 330 days of sunshine each year, temperatures rarely dropping below 59degrees in winter and averaging 90 degrees in summer, being ideal for sunworshippers and water sports enthusiasts alike.
Paphos is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats and pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo and the Pyramids can be arranged from here.
Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob and olive groves near the town of Pissouri and The Secret Valley.
The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski and snowboard in the morning then go down to the beach for the afternoon to enjoy the watersports, which include, scuba diving, banana boats, jet skis and paragliding.
The Aqua Park is 15 mins. away. There are 3 Golf Courses within a short driving distance. Jeep Safari's are available to the mountains. Other activities in the area include horse riding, cycle trails, tennis a fishing.
