This newly built, beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa is located in a private cul-de-sac of just six villas with access via electric gates. The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs, although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out. Its location suits those wishing to have a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea and also those wanting to explore the fascinating history and landscape of Cyprus.

On the ground floor there is a open plan well-appointed living and dining rooms with television and DVD. The lounge also has two double sofa beds and in the dining area, a table with eight chairs. There is a washroom closet and an open plan and fully-equipped Kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms benefit from sea views and a balcony, all bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The property also benefits from air conditioning and central heating.
Around the property is a private swimming pool,generously-sized front, back and side patio and private car parking space. There is a patio table, six chairs and parasol for those long summer evenings by the pool.
Occupants also have access to a large gated communal pool and Tennis Courts at the local hotel, which includes two shower cubicles.

The small residential village of Pervolia is located less than 10km from Larnaca International Airport. Pervolia itself has several restaurants in the village and on the main road towards the square there are 2 english pubs and half a dozen restaurants. These cater with English, Greek and Chinese menus. Most of the pubs have entertainment on throughout the summer.

There are various shops including bakeries, supermarkets and clothes shops, all in either pervolia or the neighbouring village of Kiti. The beach at Pervolia is pebbly however, a sandy beach with sun loungers can be found close by at faros.

Some 15 minutes drive away is Larnaca, with its palm lined Foinikoudes promenade with plenty of shops, cafes and bars. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Larnaca fort and Agios Lazarus church are well worth a visit.

A 35 minute car ride east from Pervolia takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. In Ayia Napa you can find the largest themed waterpark in Europe, qWaterworldq. This multi award winning park consists of over 20 thrilling rides and attractions.... definitely something not to be missed!

Less than 45 minutes drive away is Limassol, the second largest city, which is located in the southern part of Cyprus between the ancient kingdoms of Curium and Amathus. It is one of the major tourist resorts in Cyprus and has the biggest port on the island Limassol is also the wine-producing center of the island. The surrounding country side is filled with acres rich with vineyards Twice each year, Limassol plays host of the two biggest festivals on the island, Carnival in early spring and The Wine Festival in late summer. Both festivals attract locals, as well as tourists from all over the world.
