Bedroom 3 on the ground floor with double bed and bedside tables. This bedroom has patio doors leading straight out to the pool.
Bathroom on the ground floor. Shower cubicle, shaver point, wash hand basin and WC.

Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, ceramic hob, full oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, clothes airer, and supplied with plenty of crockery and utensils.

Open plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area, dining table and chairs to seat 6, and 2 large comfortable settee’s, coffee tables, SKY Satellite TV, DVD. Patio door lead out onto the Terrace which has a splendid undercover area to protect you from the mid-day sun, the terrace is great for alfresco dining, but with such great local tavernas in Tala Square you most probably will not want to cook!!! You will also be able to watch the amazing sun- sets from the balcony of the Villa, so don’t forget the ‘Camera’

A 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. A keyholder /Security deposit of £200 is required with the balance. This is fully refundable.
