The rear of house has sea views, quiet location in the Beverley hills of Limassol minutes away from all bars, restaurants, beach, discos, water park, cinema complex, bowling ally, supermarket and shops. Although our property has fully equipped kitchen, we would recommend the following, as the do home deliveries. KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King. If you are a MacDonald's fan, you must take the kids, they have a wonderful play area. Every room has TV. Sky Digital, can be provided in the lounge. Three of the bedrooms have large balcony’s, two bedroom's have en suite, master bedroom includes Jacuzzi. Second en suite has walk in shower cubicle with W.C. The family bathroom has bath with built in shower (shower is operated whilst standing in the bath) and w.c. Handcrafted pagoda with lights and ceiling fan housing outside luxury reclining garden chairs and lazy Susan table seating 6. Additional table and chairs to seat 6 on patio area. Sun lounges and cushions by the pool, baby tortoise shell pool. Please exercise caution when feet are wet on our marble floors.
