Our 3 x Bedroom villa was built in 2006. It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Peyia. It is lavishly fitted throughout. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted Citchen, downstasirs cloakroom and open plan Living/Dining area which opens out onto a large veranda.
The first floor consists of 3 x Bedrooms, Master Bedroom Queen size, Bed 2 + 3 twin Beds in each with plenty of wardrobe space in each room, airconditioning.With family size bathroom with Bath/Shower.
The two front bedrooms open out onto a private balcony overlooking the views of Peyia, Paphos, and Med.
The rear bedroom also has a balcony with plenty of shade.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout, and also has a private pool, with pool side shower, garden for sunbathing.
Our villa is one on a small developement of 10, creating a quiet and peaceful enviroment.
It is only a 5 mins walk into the village which offers a good selection of supermarkets, Tavernas, Banks, Bakery, Chemist.
A car for use is highly reccommended, and we can help with this.
The beautiful beaches at Coral Bay are only 2 miles from the villa, and the historic port of Paphos is only a 20 mins drive away. Paphos Airport approx 30 Mins drive. If golf is your hobby then their is a choice of 3 championship courses to choose within 45 mins of driving.If skiing is your thing, then you can hit the Troodos Mountains within an hours drive (visit between Jan-Mar).
