Luxury 4 bed 3 bath Cyprus villa, located in Pervolia, a 15 min drive from larnaca. Ideal for families.

This villa would be suitable for families, looking for a quiet holiday in a Cypriot village. A car is advisable.
As this villa is 8km from Larnaca airport, some aircraft noise can be heard at times.


Pervolia and Kiti are Cypriot villages just outside of Larnaca, and near the airport, so you can be relaxing around the pool after your flight, within a short time. The sandy and pebbly beach is a mere 5 min walk away, and there is a further sandy beach within a 2 min drive at Faros, where there is also a lighthouse on the cape of Kiti.
In pervolia village, 3 min drive, you will find restuarants, and pubs serving local and English cuisine, and you are sure to get a warm welcome. They also have entertainment nights and festivals throughout the year.

Locally within walking distance, you will find a kiosk selling basic groceries, a bakery with cafe, and a beach taverna. In Kiti a 5 min drive there are further shops, one of which stays open 24 hours, a bakery, ATM, banks, chemist and clothes shops. Cycle around the coast on a bicycle and take in the scenery.Larnaca town is a 15 min drive away where you will find a lovely cosmopolitan promenade with swaying palm trees, marina, restuarants galore and town. For those of you who love the beach, there is Finikoudes and further down Makenzie beach where you can atch the planes landing at the airport. Water sports can also be found here.


Within a 15 minute drive you could find yourself riding on a camel or swimming in the pool at Mazatos camel park, or how about Dreamland on the road from Kiti police station to Teserfanou, a great day out for the kids. Other sightseeing may include Hala Sultan Tekke by the salt lakes, Strouvanni monastery 25 min drive away, or getting away from it all following the motorway to Nicosia, [ 45 min drive] Limassol, [ 45 min drive] Troodos [ 1.5 hours drive] or Protaras. [ 50 min drive] There is always plenty to see and do in Cyprus.


This villa has a downstairs double bed with en suite shower and wc. There is also a separate wc downstairs. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom.
There is a safety deposit box, and hairdryer for your use.

Outside is a private pool, large terrace, 4 sunloungers, BBQ, table and chairs with parasol, drive for parking, and pool shower.

Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

In the lounge is a TV DVD and satellite tv channels [ local not sky]
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.Wireless Broadband internet has now been added along with a telephone for local calls in Cyprus and receiving international calls [ int calls outgoing barred]

Cleaning and laundry change on a minimum of 2 week booking.
