In a quiet cul de sac away from all the noise, yet close enough to walk to the action.
Ayia napa centre would be approx a 40 min walk, however along the way are numerous restaurants, shops, bars, tavernas to keep you entertained.Ayia napa is spread out vastly and there is something to suit young and old alike.
Open plan lounge with TV DVD, Play station 2 with games, land ocal nova satellite tv with some english channels. A large fully equipped separate kitchen, and a dining area for 6. Patio doors lead from the pool and terrace area.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room. A further family bathroom is upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.
The private pool is at the rear of the property, and there are sun loungers and table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dining under the stars. Parking on the drive, gates to keep the little ones safe.

This cul de sac has unfinished villas in front of the villa. These skeleton houses have not had any progress made on them for almost 12 months. At present they are not progressing on the site. These houses can be seen from the lounge window as shown on the photos. Should any work start progressing we will keep you informed and negotiate a reduction in rent from the owner. At this moment in time [ may 2008] other than looking unsightly, your holiday should not be affected in any way, however, we just wanted to point this out to potentail holiday makers. The pool is at the rear so you are away from the front view.
Check in 3pm, vacate by 11am

Minimum 7 nights rental. A refundable security damages deposit on final balance is requested, which will be refunded back within 7 working days, if no damages on dept.

Rimentalia villa is in a quiet location, and close to motorway network, ideal for exploring other areas of Cyprus.
Walking distance to Nissi beach and amenities, restuarants shops etc
Landmark for area location would be Nissi golden sands or Nissiana hotel.

Paralimni and Protaras are a 15 min ride away. Ayia thekla has the largest water park which is open daily from 10am - 6pm and is a great day out. This is within a 5 min car ride away. Taxis are readily available and buses therefore car not necessary. Hyper supermarkets can be found in Paralimni.
Why not try Captain Markos boat trip to the Famagusta ghost town which can be seen from the buffer zone. [ highly recommended] A good value day out, or there are plenty of other boat trips, party boats, glass bottom boat trips to try, from Ayia napa harbour daily.
Ayia napa and Protaras are seasonal resorts and generally open easter to end of October, with the exceptopn of a few establishments and hotels staying open throughout the winter.
Visit the pelicans near the harbour, but don't get too close!! Looking for souvenirs-lots of shops all over Ayia napa to take home that gift. Sit and 'people watch' in Ayia napa square, the place to be to enjoy that cool drink.
Water sports a plenty down at Nissi beach, on low tide you can walk across to the mini island. Try your hand at bungee jumping or visit the fun fair. Plenty to see and do and lots of various cuisine to try.
